Add-ons for suppliers in Coupa
An add-on is a value-creating product or service that you can begin to use or express interest in using, for example, Coupa Advantage, Coupa Static Discounting, or invoice financing.
As a CSP admin, you can access information about all the available add-ons, let Coupa know if you are interested in these services, and you can update your supplier profile or set your early payment discount terms, all from a single page.
Coupa add-ons are free.
When you select the Add-ons tab, you can see the diferent add-ons organized by category. You can collapse/expand each category by clicking on the arrow icons.
Selecting a box (icon and text) directs you to the relevant pages to find more information about the add-ons described in the following page:

Coupa Advanced
Coupa Advanced is an optional, premium subscription for suppliers using the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), designed to enhance your efficiency, streamline communication with buyers, and unlock powerful tools not available in the standard portal.
Why choose Coupa Advanced?
Here’s what’s available to our Advanced suppliers:
- Invoicing All Customers view (strategic view): Access and filter all your invoices across buyers in one place, based on invoicing data from six months prior to your Advanced subscription sign-up date. You can also export the data table in CSV format for easier reporting. For more information, see View and Manage Invoices.
- Payments All Customers view (strategic view): Access and filter all your payment data across all your Coupa Pay buyers for Invoice Payments and PO Payments, based on payments data from six months prior to your Advanced subscription sign-up date. You can also export the data tables in CSV format for easier reporting. For more information, see View and Manage Payments.
- Supplier Dashboard: Financial metrics with near-real-time overview of cash flows and payment trends from all approved invoices across all your Coupa buyers, including buyers that do not use Coupa Pay. The dashboard integrates payments data from six months prior to your Advanced subscription sign-up date. For more information, see Supplier Dashboard.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: Integrate your company’s SSO with the Coupa Supplier Portal for simplified login and access management. To set this up, you’ll need to be an account Admin. For more information, see Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration.
- QuickBooks Online & NetSuite Integration: Seamlessly sync your invoices by connecting your Coupa account with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite. For more information, see Integrate with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.
- Coupa Supplier Portal REST API: Integrate Coupa Supplier Portal data with third-party systems. The API allows you to retrieve all invoices in the CSP and retrieve data for a single CSP invoice. For more information, see Coupa Supplier Portal REST API.
- InvoiceSmash AI extraction tool for suppliers: Upload invoices that are not backed by a purchase order (PO) as PDF files and let AI tools extract the information for you. For more information, see InvoiceSmash AI for Suppliers.
- Invoice Auto-Reminders: The CSP will automatically send reminder emails to your buyers for any unpaid invoices, 3 days after the due date.
- Scheduled Weekly Reports: Choose the buyer(s) you’d like to receive invoice summary reports for and have them delivered to your inbox weekly.
- Exclusive Supplier Community Access: Connect with other suppliers, get product insights from Coupa experts, ask questions and more! If you’re an Admin, you’ll find the Supplier Community under the More…tab.

How to start the Coupa Advanced free trial?
Follow the next steps to start your trial:
- Go to Business and click the Start Now button on the Sign up for your 30-day trial today! banner, or
- Click the Start Free Trial button on the banner on one of these CSP pages:
- Supplier Dashboard
After registration, you’ll receive an email titled “Coupa Advanced Trial Enabled” with details about your renewal. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the trial ends.
Trial availability is limited to qualifying suppliers. If you don’t see the trial option, please contact verified@coupa.com .
Purchase or manage your subscription
You can subscribe any time, with or without using the free trial. To purchase:
- Go to one of the following CSP pages and click Purchase Coupa Advanced:
- Invoices
- Supplier Dashboard, or
- Go to and click Purchase Coupa Advanced, or
- Go to and click Purchase Coupa Advanced.
- Once subscribed, configure your new features, such as connecting accounting software or selecting buyers for reports, under the relevant setup menus. Some features are enabled automatically; others may require manual setup.
Admin permissions may be required to purchase, modify or cancel your Advanced subscription.
Join the supplier community
To join the Supplier Community, follow the next steps:
- Select the More… tab in the CSP.
- Select the Community option.
- Click Join the Coupa Supplier Community. If you’re using the trial version or haven’t subscribed yet, you’ll also see the Purchase Coupa Advanced button here.

Coupa Verified
Coupa Verified is an optional, premium subscription for suppliers using the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) that boosts your visibility, credibility and trust with buyers.
Why choose Coupa Verified?

- Enhanced trust and readiness by letting customers know your business data is verified and authentic.
- Affordable visibility making it an accessible option for many smaller suppliers looking to stand out to Coupa buyers.
How to become Verified?
- Log into your CSP account.
- Open your Business Profile and click on the ‘Subscriptions’ subtab.
- Complete the required fields and click ‘Next’.
- Enter valid payment information to purchase the annual subscription.
- Upload one of the following to prove your business identity:
- Bank confirmation letter
- Voided check
- Business license
- Ensure your profile is complete and that the following fields are filled out:
- Logo
- About
- PO Email
- Tax ID
- Commodities
- Products and Services Categories
- Areas Served
- Primary Contact
- Primary Address
- Coupa will review your submission and process your verification. This process can take up to 5 business days.
If you haven’t uploaded your Proof of Identity or filled out the required fields, you’ll see an alert banner stating that action is required. Please reach out to our team at verified@coupa.com for any assistance completing your profile.
FAQ and Troubleshooting
Do I need Coupa Verified to do business on the CSP?
No - a free, standard CSP account allows unlimited customer connections and transactions. However, Verified suppliers benefit from higher search rankings.
Who sees the Verified badge?
When prospective Coupa customers search your business, a blue Verified badge is displayed - helping to build trust and attract attention. Verified profiles rank higher due to a better data quality confidence score.
Does Verified have any limitations?
This subscription is available in specific countries only. Please reach out to our team at verified@coupa.com to see if your region has been approved.
Does our Verified subscription automatically renew?
Yes, Verified is an annual subscription with an automatic renewal. You will receive three reminder messages prior to renewal.
After I purchase Verified, what are my renewal, cancellation or refund options?
To update your payment information before renewal, please email us at verified@coupa.com and we’ll provide you with a secure link.
You can cancel your subscription at any time after purchase. Cancellations made after the first 30 days will be eligible for a prorated refund. For a full refund, please contact us within the first 30 days of your purchase.
