Lookup Import
Overview
The Lookup Values Import process read files from the
./Incoming/LookupValues/ SFTP folder. These files will be moved to the
archive folder located at ./Incoming/Archive/LookupValues/ before being
processed in alphanumeric order.
Unique Keys
Here are the keys used to look up and modify existing records, listed in order of priority.
- External Ref Code
- External Ref Num
- Name
Validations

External Ref Numcan only be updated usingExternal Ref Codeto identify an existing record. If you updateExternal Ref Num, then theExternal Ref Codewill also get updated. -
Namecan be updated usingExternal Ref Num.Namecan be used to update the anything else exceptExternal Ref NumorExternal Ref Code.
