Account Import
Overview
Note:

The Accounts Import process read files from
./Incoming/Accounts/ in the SFTP. These files will be moved to the archive folder located at
./Incoming/Archive/Accounts/ before being processed in alphanumeric order. Due to a flattened record structure, delta (change only) files are preferred.

Chart of Accountsneeds be created and active in Coupa. -
There cannot be gaps in an account string. An account with
Segment-1andSegment-3set, but notSegment-2will return an error. If this situation cannot be avoided, a text value like NULL can be used as theSegment-2value. It would likely require modifications to other business processes or objects.
