Do I need Coupa Verified to do business on the CSP?

No - a free, standard CSP account allows unlimited customer connections and transactions. However, Verified suppliers benefit from higher search rankings.

Who sees the Verified badge?

When prospective Coupa customers search your business, a blue Verified badge is displayed - helping to build trust and attract attention. Verified profiles rank higher due to a better data quality confidence score.

Does Verified have any limitations?

This subscription is available in specific countries only. Please reach out to our team at verified@coupa.com to see if your region has been approved.

Does our Verified subscription automatically renew?

Yes, Verified is an annual subscription with an automatic renewal. You will receive three reminder messages prior to renewal.

After I purchase Verified, what are my renewal, cancellation or refund options?

To update your payment information before renewal, please email us at verified@coupa.com and we’ll provide you with a secure link.

You can cancel your subscription at any time after purchase. Cancellations made after the first 30 days will be eligible for a prorated refund. For a full refund, please contact us within the first 30 days of your purchase.
