Manage public information with Community View

For better results and opportunities in the CSP, each organization should have one account with several users. To make it easier for you to manage duplicate accounts, invite existing users to your organization, and keep all information in one place, the Community View option allows you as a supplier to view information about your business organization within the Coupa ecosystem and manage what appears in your profile.

You can merge business details or flag inaccurate information for removal across Coupa by following the next steps:

  1. Log in to the CSP.
  2. Select the Business Profile tab from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select the Community View option. The Community View option is available only if you have two linked customers or more.
  4. Select the section you want to edit:
    1. Header: The first section of the page displays the following information:
      • Company name
      • Web URL
      • Ship-to locations (select the field to reveal all shipping locations)
      • Country/Region
      • Primary contact email
    2. Company Info: On the second section, the Company Info tab displays all CSP accounts associated with the supplier’s organization based on matching tax ID, customer connections, or email domain. These are other accounts that users at your organization have created in Coupa. Suppliers can request to merge accounts or flag them as incorrect, which removes them from the Community View. For more information, see Merge Accounts. This section includes a data table with:
      • Supplier Names
      • Customers
      • Primary Contact
      • Country/Region
      • Created Date
      • Optional Actions
    3. Contacts Info: Selecting this section dispays a data table with:
      • First Name (if available)
      • Last Name (if available)
      • Email: Users at your organization that have interacted with customers who use Coupa. They might not be linked to your supplier account yet - Invite these users to the account to ensure your organization's business is managed under a single CSP account.
      • CSP Account
      • Contact Type or Purpose
        • PO: Indicates the email is used in the purchase order (PO) email field by a Coupa buying organization.
        • Buyer-side Contact: Indicates the email is used as a general contact by a Coupa buying organization (for example, for CSP invites or reference purposes).
        • CSP: Indicates the user has registered for a CSP account.
        • Sourcing: Indicates the email is used in a sourcing event supplier field by a Coupa buying organization.
        • Invoice: Indicates the email is used as the default invoice email by a Coupa buying organization.
      • Customers: Displays the number of buying organization instances where this email exists.
      • Actions:
        • Select the envelope icon to invite users to CSP
        • Select the flag icon to remove the content from the Community View.

If the overall information of the supplier being shown is incorrect or you should not be part of that community record, select the trashcan icon at the top right corner of the page to report and remove the information from this CSP profile.
