Scheduling A Report

You can schedule legacy reports to run on a specified basis

Note:

If you don't see a Reports link it is because we are in process of sunsetting legacy reports. For help with reporting, see Using Advanced Reports.

  1. You can schedule Coupa Contingent Workfocre (CCW) reports to run on a specified basis.
  2. Navigate to Reports, select a report, enter your search parameters, and click Schedule Report.
  3. On the Schedule Report Settings screen, enter the following:
    1. The name of the User who should receive this report.
      1. Type the name until the user appears, then select their name and click the Add button.
    2. Under Define Schedule select how frequently the report should be sent: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or just Once.
    3. Enter additional Schedule parameters.
  4. Click Submit.
