Use the Open Virtual Card Balance View from Transaction Dashboard

From the Transactions Dashboard, CSP users with the Advanced subscription can open dedicated Open Virtual Card Balance views of the Invoice Payments and PO Payments data tables.

Open Virtual Card Balance view (All Customers)

The Open Virtual Card Balances views are pre-filtered with an overview of all virtual cards with payments that are not fully processed and expire within 30 days. For more information, see Dashboards in the CSP and View and Manage Payments.

From the dashboard, click the link from the number of virtual cards to drill into All Customer views of Invoice Payments or PO Payments. You see details of the open card balances, sorted by the cards with the fewest number of days until expiration (Expires In days). The views show the information you need for your virtual cards with unprocessed payments, so you can charge the open balance before the card loses its validity.

The Open Virtual Card Balances table view includes the most important information and actions for managing your virtual card balances, depending on whether you are viewing invoice payments or PO payments:

View Virtual Card

For both the Invoice Payments and PO Payments tables, you can use the Actions > View Virtual Card action to access your cards. Click the card button to open your multifactor authentication (MFA) app for the CSP. After authentication, you can view the card details and copy the card number. You can then charge the card using your external sales system to use the balance before the Card Valid To date.

For more information, see Manage Multifactor Authentication in the CSP.
